Terms & Refund Policy

1. What you're buying

A one-time purchase of a question deck grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use its questions and explanations for your own CIPM Level II exam preparation. Your unlock key is for your own devices; redistributing the content or sharing your key with others is not permitted.

2. Delivery

Access is delivered instantly. After payment you receive an unlock key on-screen and by email; enter it on the Unlock page to open the deck. Keys do not expire.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Because the content is delivered instantly, a refund does not apply if: (1) you have viewed or downloaded a substantial part of the deck's questions or explanations, (2) you have shared your unlock key with anyone, or (3) more than 7 days have passed. To request a refund, email us within the window. If a genuine technical fault prevents you from accessing content you paid for, contact us at any time and we will resolve it.
